·       Experience in your new business’s industry

·       A resume that supports your ability to run your new business

·       A personal financial statement and last 2 years’ personal tax returns for each owner

·       A brief business plan showing your ability to meet your cash flow needs

·       A downpayment (generally 10-20%) or possibly substitute collateral

·       Good personal credit for each owner

·       Reasonably good personal financial strength in relation to the amount financed

 Programs for turnaround businesses
